I have more then enough acne scars n like rough skin and get white heads / pimples every now n then on my face , if i used pro-active
would it help my face clear up or help fade away the acne scars ? ?

My teeth are stained and they are yellow. I am currently using a teeth whitening toothpaste called Colgate whitening with micro buffers to polish the teeth. How long will it take to see results and what elses can I do to have white teeth? I dont wan’t to use any teeth whiteners/gels thingies, though. All answers will be greatfully appreaciated. I’ve dyed my hair for years.. now i have a lot more gray hair and it seems like the color will only last a week and washes off when I shampoo… I use a permantent color not a rinse - so this shouldn’t happen. What can I do to get the dye to stick to the gray/white hair?

I use L’oreal and it’s the expensive kind almost $10 per box.. and l leave it in for 45 minutes before I rinse.

I got my braces off like a month or two ago and my teethe haven’t ever been yellow but they were like really white before i got them on. So i want to whiten my teeth. What kind of teeth whitening products do you use? I’ve been using Crest whitening expressions, floss, Listerine mouth wash, and crest whitening strips daily renual after every meal. Is this good or should i be using different products and what kind of products do you use?

over the past week or so ive waken up to all these itchy bites on my body. dont think its mosquito bites because its too cold right now. think it might be bed bugs.. my brother has alot too, we share the same room and we sleep on a bunk bed. OH and ive have trouble sleeping at night because every night for the past week at 4 AM i wake up from my sleep bec ause my body itches like crazy. if it is bed bugs then i know what time they gona come out.
do you think its bed bugs? what else besides bed bugs and mosquitos causes these bites? and info on how to get an exterminator?

About 4 months ago I stopped using the solution ACNE Free. Which by the way i do not recommend to anybody because of what it has done to my face. I never had bad acne in fact i only had a pimple here and there. I destroyed my face had acne all over my face and even where i had never had a single pimple my entire life.

So i went to my dermatologist who had me taking antibiotics and 2 topicals for my face. I got cystic acne on my face and actually made it get even worse before it got better. Now 4 months later for the most part the acne is gone although i would never go a single minute without having the topicals on. I have acne scars all over my face. On my chin, above my mouth, on my cheeks, on my nose, on my temples and on my forehead. Some are begining to become ice pick which without major surgery will never go away. this really frustrates and makes me feel like crap about my self and i just want to rip my face off at this point. So does anyone know of a really good scar solution?
