Keeping Your Marriage Bump Free and Going Strong for A Long Time

July 31st, 2011

Is there anything that can be more profitable, more satisfying and yet infrequently more maddening and annoying than being in a relationship? And I do realize that being in a closeness is a relationship but Im talking about living with someone, whether married or living together in a committed relationship. Occasionally I feel just like the happiest person ever to find my friend while other times I think cant they just get lost and not find their way home? I don’t truly mean that but Im sure anyone who has been in a relationship for any amount of time past the novelty period understand what I am saying.

As we truly do love and appreciate the person we have decided to give ourselves to to mind , body and even spirit, we will often go to some far out lengths to keep it going and to keep it happy. Now mind you, I know its the same for my partner as well because let’s accept it, everybody has our moments when we are able to test even the individual that loves us the most. I’m sure we all sacrifice in the same ways and then many of us do things folks would never imagine. Ive even gone as far as removing the television from the bedroom, which I cant remember ever doing to using pillow speakers under my pillow so I can hear music as I fall asleep and not wake my loving partner. Yes, there is a twinge of sarcasm in there for sure. I’m of the opinion that doesnt sound like a stretch to several of you but listen to me, it was difficult to do for me.

But why do we do it, really? Why do we are going to such lengths to keep our chum cheerful and to keep the relationship strong and last when as they say, there are tons of fish in the sea? We all have our own reasons. Some people are just not confident enough that the’ll find another person to like them the same, particularly after some years have past and our bodies and looks have taken the toll and show the mileage we have added. And many of us actually do enjoy the relationship its just that sometimes we just want to be alone, though not for evermore.

Let us accept it. Wouldn’t it be the very best of all possible situations to have the one you adore available when it suited you best and at those self same times its when they wanted to be with you? And between wed be able to have our own space, our own life and do it our own way. But often you cannot have your cake and eat it to as it is asserted. So we make sacrifices and bend a bit, some too far and some not enough, to make it all work out.

And whenever I actually get exasperated and I feel hes driving me mad and I want to run for the hills screaming my head off is usually when out of nowhere he does something that reminds me of why I fell completely in love in the first place and entered the relationship happily and happily. I think Sick keep him.

How to Share a Bathroom With Your Spouse

July 31st, 2011

There are plenty of arguments to be had in a marriage. Sharing the bathroom can cause problems. If you and your spouse are having problems in this regard, then keep reading to learn a few tips on dealing with them.

Both men and women want to look as good as possible. It’s very common for women to spend much more time in the bathroom than their male counterparts. After they’ve finished making themselves look better, women should keep their husbands in mind.

Women are advised not to leave all of their brushes, combs, and makeup accessories lying all over the place. These accessories will only be in your mate’s way whenever it’s his turn to use the bathroom. Men shouldn’t leave all their hair in the sink and on the counter after they have finished shaving.

Keeping the toilet clean is vital. No one wants to walk into the bathroom and use a dirty toilet. Men especially have a difficult time keeping the toilet clean if they don’t have good aim. If urine ends up on the outside of the toilet, you should get it up immediately. It will start to smell after it dries in a few days.

It’s also common for married couples to argue about the guy leaving the seat up. Therefore, guys should try their best to leave the seat down.

All humans have to have a bowel movement every so often. Most people will have one every day or every other day. It’s also a fact that it will smell in the bathroom after you’re done. You should be considerate and turn the fan on and spray air freshener when you finish up.

It can be difficult sharing the facilities in the morning when you’re both trying to get ready for work at the same time. If you’re having trouble with this, then you may need to sit down and make up a schedule. Both of you need to share especially if you only have one bathroom in the whole house.

It’s best to avoid arguing over such a petty argument. You’ll find that it’s hard enough as it is to keep a marriage going strong. If for some reason you can’t seem to work things out, consider talking to a marriage counselor. Don’t ask does marriage counseling work. It can work to solve many common problems in a relationship.Doc No.lkhjsdklsd-ssj

Tips on Battling Cocaine Addiction in Your Marriage

July 29th, 2011

Unfortunately, there are plenty of things that people can get addicted to these days. Unfortunately, one of the most common is cocaine addiction. Obviously, someone addicted to cocaine won’t be that open about it. In many cases, spouses are kept in the dark about the situation for months or years before finding out.

Your marriage will suffer many problems if your spouse is addicted to cocaine. Financial problems are common, as are emotional and physical abuse. If you have a cocaine-addicted spouse, keep reading to pick up a few tips.

First and foremost, it’s important that you realize your spouse needs helps. It’s important to seek professional help since you likely won’t have the experience and know-how to do it yourself.

Wives should be aware that they can’t force their spouse to seek professional help. Unless he has admitted that he has a problem, he won’t be able to get rid of the addiction. There are various things that you can do when the time is right.

People who are addicted to alcohol commonly seek help by attending Alcoholic’s Anonymous meetings. Groups are also available to help people who have a problem with cocaine. After finding your local support group, you should try to get your husband to attend the meetings.

Another option is to talk to some of your friends and family members. An intervention just may be what your husband needs. It’s important that only people that your husband really trusts are present though.

It’s common to find women inadvertently enabling their husband’s problem. Avoid being the one that has to come up with excuses for your husband’s poor behavior. Don’t make excuses to his boss for missing work either when the time comes.

You should know that none of these things will actually solve the problem though. They will just help reinforce the idea to your husband that there is nothing wrong with him. Therefore, you should never do any of these enabling acts.

Since your husband has a problem, you will probably focus much of your attention on him. It’s common to find women who aren’t taking care of themselves as they should. You shouldn’t make this very common mistake.

You should always make time to take care of yourself. You should still have enough time to do some of your favorite activities. Don’t stop spending time with your closest friends either. Engage in various activities and hobbies that you like doing. You can’t spend all of your time dealing with the effects of the addiction. Doc No.lkhjsdklsd-ssj

Are Chores Causing a Rift in Your Marriage?

July 25th, 2011

Most people work hard everyday, then have to come hom and take care of the kids as well as chores. This routine can get very taxing after awhile, especially if you feel like you’re doing everything yourself.

When you’re married, you form a team that’s supposed to accomplish most things together. Resentment can quickly build up when one person feels the other isn’t doing their share of the work. Keep reading to pick up a few tips to prevent this from occuring.

Household chores are everyone’s responsibility, something that both you and your partner need to realize. Everyone should share all the responsibilities equally.

You two need to convene and make up a list of the most common household chores that need to be done regularly. You should assign each chore to one person so no one ends up feeling like he or she is doing all of the work.

You don’t need to follow this list strictly however. Sometimes, schedules can become more or less hectic than normal. If you’ll have a lot more free time than usual, you should try to do a little bit more chores since you’re not so busy. Your partner would definitely appreciate the helping hand.

Over the course of your marriage, you’ll have plenty of other important things to argue about. Hiring the services of a marriage counselor is a good idea if you can’t seem to work out your problems yourselves.Doc No.lkhjsdklsd-ssj
