so i juss found out that i have it i i took a hot bath shaved off all my pubic hair and rewashed my pubic area with hot water and baking soda..should that help?

Nope! Clean your house, bed sheets, toilet, everything and anything you can think of…
Then go to the pharmacy and get a lice shampoo, prferrably one with a petroleum based or butil chemical.
Quit hanging around truck stops and get a new friend.

You should go to the doctor so that he can prescribe a nonprescription lotion or shampoo that will kill the lice and eggs. Also so the doctor can perform a checkup to see if you have any other stds. Also tell your partner so that she can get check up as well

crotch crikets…. It will help, but you need medicine…go tot he doctor, was all of your sheets and clothing too with hot hot water…Get to the doctor or you will spread this

No you need an antibiotic shampoo to kill them completely. Go to your doctor and he’ll prescribe you something.

Take an ice pick and get ‘em when they come out. You could of just set your pubic hair on fire and smoked ‘em out, and then used the ice pick to finish them off.
But now you are in a mess. You will need to wash and toss everything you can. Wash means HOT water and bleach and includes clothes and beding. Don’t forget about pets! And don’t put pets in the washing machine! The lice may also show up in you hair (on your head). You can buy stuff from your drug store that can help with your problem.
